Terms & Conditions
Placeholder terms of service for a UK-based AI automation agency. These will be replaced with real terms before going live.
1. Agreement
By engaging WB4U AI (a trading name of Whatsbest4u Ltd), you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We design, deploy and manage AI receptionist and automation systems. Scope is agreed in writing per engagement.
3. Fees & payment
Setup fees and monthly management fees are agreed in writing. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
4. Term & termination
Plans operate on a monthly rolling basis with 30 days' written notice required to cancel, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access to your tools or accounts.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data and brand assets. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and methodologies.
7. Data protection
Each party will comply with applicable UK data protection law. A Data Processing Agreement is provided where required.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information of the other private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
