Terms and Conditions

"Client" means any individual, company, organisation, or entity engaging WB4U AI.

"Services" means AI automation services, AI receptionists, lead capture systems, CRM integrations, workflow automation, consultation services, support services, maintenance services, and any related deliverables provided by WB4U AI.

"Deliverables" means any automation workflows, integrations, systems, documentation, configurations, reports, prompts, custom developments, or other outputs produced by WB4U AI.

"Platform" means any third-party service connected to or used within a project, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Slack, or similar providers.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.
• Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

WB4U AI provides AI automation and business automation solutions, including:

• AI receptionists
• Lead capture systems
• CRM integrations
• Booking automations
• Workflow automations
• AI chat systems
• Internal business automation
• Consultation and implementation services

The exact scope of work will be agreed separately through proposals, quotations, onboarding documents, emails, contracts, or written communications.

Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Free consultations are provided for informational purposes only.

A consultation does not create a contractual relationship and does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

WB4U AI reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Supply required access credentials and permissions.
• Maintain ownership or legal rights to any data supplied.
• Obtain any necessary consent from their customers.

Delays caused by the Client may result in revised timelines.

WB4U AI is not responsible for project delays resulting from missing information, lack of communication, or restricted access.

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Fees may include:

• Setup fees
• Monthly management fees
• Support fees
• Custom development fees
• Consultancy fees

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of hosted systems
• Delayed support
• Termination of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where services are provided on an ongoing basis:

• Plans operate on a monthly rolling basis.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
• Fees remain payable during the notice period.
• Services continue until termination takes effect.

Our services may depend on third-party providers.

• Stripe
• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• GoHighLevel
• Calendly
• Zapier
• Make

WB4U AI is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• API changes
• Platform suspensions
• Account restrictions
• Service interruptions
• Changes in pricing by third-party providers

The Client remains responsible for all third-party subscription fees unless otherwise agreed.

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected responses.

The Client acknowledges that:

• AI outputs may contain errors.
• Human oversight may still be required.
• AI responses should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.

WB4U AI does not guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases
• Specific lead volumes
• Specific conversion rates
• Business outcomes
• Continuous availability without interruption

Any estimates, projections, calculators, examples, or case studies are illustrative only.

Each party agrees to comply with applicable:

• UK GDPR
• Data Protection Act 2018
• Applicable privacy laws

Where required, WB4U AI will provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The Client remains responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to collect and process customer data.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

Neither party shall disclose confidential information except:

• With written consent
• Where required by law
• To professional advisers under confidentiality obligations

This obligation survives termination.

The Client retains ownership of:

• Business information
• Branding
• Logos
• Customer data
• Existing intellectual property

WB4U AI retains ownership of:

• Internal frameworks
• Methodologies
• Templates
• Prompts
• Workflow structures
• Automation systems
• Proprietary processes

Upon full payment, the Client receives a licence to use deliverables created specifically for their project unless otherwise agreed.

Support levels depend on the package purchased.

Unless specifically included:

• 24/7 support is not guaranteed.
• Immediate responses are not guaranteed.
• New feature requests are not included.

Maintenance may require temporary downtime.

Services are provided on an "as available" and "reasonable skill and care" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WB4U AI excludes all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WB4U AI shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of goodwill
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of opportunity
• Indirect or consequential losses

WB4U AI's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WB4U AI from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Client data
• Client instructions
• Client misuse of services
• Breach of law by the Client
• Breach of these Terms

WB4U AI may terminate services immediately if:

• The Client breaches these Terms.
• Payment remains overdue.
• Continued service would create legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees remain payable.
• Access to systems may be removed.
• Licences may cease where applicable.

Users of our website agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Disrupt website operations.
• Upload malicious software.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WB4U AI may reference the Client's business name and logo as part of its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and website.

Clients may request removal by written notice.

WB4U AI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Internet failures
• Cyberattacks
• Power outages
• Government actions
• Natural disasters
• Third-party service failures

WB4U AI may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
